Our 16+ provision is a universal offering, with a specific focus on benefiting:
- Young People requiring a service into adulthood for continuity of support.
- Young People experiencing crisis points in their lives.
- Young People approaching transitions to adulthood.
- Young People moving from family support.
- Young People who need a bridge to independence.
- Young People placed out of the county, relocating to Essex or Kent.

Our 16+ provision homes are carefully crafted to be spacious, warm, and welcoming. We encourage personalization of each home, allowing individuals to tailor their space to reflect their unique tastes and preferences. Throughout their stay, individuals are supported by a dedicated Key Worker and Core Support Team, fostering essential skills and confidence for their journey into adulthood.
Our support extends to assisting individuals with crucial referrals and applications in preparation for adulthood, including:
– Care Act Assessments
– Tenancy support
– Benefit claims and applications
– College and University applications
